Trent  has enjoyed a career so far spanning over 25 years that commenced in 1993 undertaking industrial and commercial agency work in Newcastle. Chris is the former Managing Director of the Colliers International Newcastle business, and has over 35 years of extensive property experience spanning all sectors of the market.

Nick joined the Colliers Newcastle Team  in 2016 as a Sales Executive establishing his career in real estate in 2008 in the residential market, and now holds the title of Associate Director - Investment Services.

Christian's objective is to be the specialist apartment seller in Newcastle for off the plan apartment sales and development sites. He  has been doing this for 13  years now and has had a chance to fine tune his skills and really understand the complex side of off the plan selling. He has come along way in achieving this already with well over 1000 apartment sales  and a depth of knowledge that noone else has in this particular section of the market.

I also oversee repairs and maintenance for a growing rent roll of approximately 60 commercial, industrial and retail properties, liaising with contractors, landlords, tenants and strata managers, rent review processes, ensuring tenant and supplier insurance compliance, implementing procedures to assist team productivity.  During this time, I have obtained invaluable knowledge in our accounting system and am responsible for lease administration and invoicing of my tenants.
