About Me
Trent has enjoyed a career so far spanning over 25 years that commenced in 1993 undertaking industrial and commercial agency work in Newcastle. Trent commenced with Colliers International in 1999 and soon after began specialising in Industrial Sales and subdivision projects .Trent is now the National Director of Industrial and has acted for a large number of notable clients, corporations and government agencies on Industrial projects throughout the Hunter Region and NSW.

Early in his career Trent completed the necessary qualifications to be accepted as an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and then later professional accreditation as a Certified Property Practitioner. Trent has also been involved in many of the major industrial subdivision projects in the region and has seen fringe suburbs grow into significant industrial and economic Hubs. Successful projects include the sale of Warnervale Brewery for Carlton and United Breweries , the sale of the Arrium Austube Mayfield site, the sale of the Bradken Headquarters in Newcastle, the sale of a 25 hectare port site for Incitec Pivot, Project marketing of the Newcastle Port Corporation land and building Portfolio prior to the sale of the Port of Newcastle by the NSW Government and the sale of the 183 hectare Rio Tinto Black Hill site.
Trent is also a four times winner of the Colliers Australian Outstanding Revenue Achiever Award.
