After working in the health and hospitality industry, in management roles for owner operators, I have expansive experience in team environments, development strategies and superior customer service engagements. The skills I have acquired whilst in the industry have transferred across to property management seamlessly.

I joined Colliers International in Newcastle in August 2017 as a property manager within the Real Estate Management team.  In this role, I am responsible for a portfolio of properties within the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie Region.  My role now involves lease negotiations with tenants, lease administration, landlord reporting and all matters relating to client asset management. I also oversee repairs and maintenance for a growing rent roll of approximately 60 commercial, industrial and retail properties, liaising with contractors, landlords, tenants and strata managers, rent review processes, ensuring tenant and supplier insurance compliance, implementing procedures to assist team productivity.  During this time, I have obtained invaluable knowledge in our accounting system and am responsible for lease administration and invoicing of my tenants.
