I have more than 30 years experience in the property industry with extensive relationships across institutional and major private owners throughout Australia. My experience includes the management of major assets and portfolios across Australia, across all asset classes and all categories of ownership, working for clients such as Challenger, Charter Hall, Grosvenor, ISPT, Macquarie University, QIC, IOOF, Mulpha, Mirvac, Dexus, Perron Group, REST, Glebe Administration Board, KAH Australia, Valad, Australian Unity, Far East Organization, Bunnings, EG Funds Management, Eureka Funds Management, Heathley Limited, Real I.S., Roxy-Pacific and Altis Property Partners.

In my current role as Managing Director, Real Estate Management, I am responsible for driving operational excellence and leading business growth for Colliers International Real Estate Management service.

Colliers International Real Estate Management team offer specialised property management services to optimise the performance of our clients' assets. We partner with our clients to develop and execute asset strategies to achieve their investment goals. We provide property management, facilities management, financial management and sustainability services across all property classes and client categories.

Julia has over 20 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry and has extensive experience in all aspects of Property Management.  She has a focus on building strong relationships with all stakeholders, meticulous financial management, proactive tenant retention strategies and future proofing assets.  She supports the REMS NSW team to develop tailored asset management plans focused on delivering our clients investment objectives and increasing asset values through proactive management, improving building efficiencies and proactive capital expenditure programs.   

Julia started with Colliers in 2010 and has had various roles within REMS during that time.  Julia’s current role as Head of Office Management is focused on the strategic growth of the national Office portfolio as well as ensuring a high level of service delivery across the NSW Commercial and Industrial portfolio.  Julia works with our State Directors to implement business growth strategies, a nationalised approached to client deliverables and ensures that REMS is constantly delivering service that exceeds our clients’ expectations through a proactive management approach.

John is a commercially astute, experienced and trusted Procurement professional who always acts with the highest levels of integrity and one who always looks to establish and foster proactive relationships with the view of delivering the best possible commercial outcomes for both the client and the business.

A senior procurement professional, experienced in all areas of Procurement, having worked in Private, Public and Not for Profit sectors whilst managing both direct and indirect categories. John has worked for a number of major organisations such as Sydney Airport, Holcim Australia, Sydney Trains, Deloitte and HSBC Bank Australia. John is an accomplished negotiator and experienced leader who looks to build and develop procurement stratergies with the aim of delivering value for money and commercially sustainable results.
