Simon Crouch is the head of of Tenant Advisory in Australia and  has been with Colliers since 1996. Simon started his career in Office Leasing and changed roles to help establish Tenant Advisory Services at Colliers in 2006. When we started out our aim was to provide the highest quality impartial advice to tenants and to deliver bespoke accommodation strategies that would accelerate our clients business and that  is what we have done since. Through employing best in class people with diverse skills our focus is always on holistic customer solutions and service excellence. Nine Entertainment Co. in their pre-committment of 16,000sqm into North Sydney and subsequent expansion of 6,000sqm following a merger with Fairfax Media, Microsoft's Long Term Strategy and relocation of 10,500sqm in North Sydney, Norton Rose Fulbright's pre-committment of 10,000sqm into 60 Martin Place, Sydney and QBE's 12,000sqm pre-committment in Parramatta and 10,000sqm pre-committmnet in Sydney.

Over the last 12 years Nick has practiced across numerous sectors of commercial property as a solicitor, negotiator, lecturer, and advisor. He possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise stemming from his career as a commercial property solicitor for a major national law firm. In this role, he specialized in commercial leasing, development and sales transactions which includes negotiation and client advisory.

Nick has worked on and completed three of the largest deals for the Queensland Tenant Advisory team by working with Urban Utilities for a 6,000sqm HQ requirement, securing a 5,000sqm site in Fortitude Valley and a 4,000sqm site in the Brisbane CBD for long term client IWG and working with Energy Queensland on their 25,000sqm requirement.

Joe is a Director within the Tenant Advisory team  in Sydney handling major metro market requirements and has  22 years experience in the  commercial  property industry.  Engaging Joe puts  an  industry  insider  on your team,  provides an insight into what others in your industry are doing, local market dynamics, options, risks and opportunities.

Joe's expert knowledge and experiemce integrates, strategy, risk analysis,   transaction  management and  negotiation with  clients  business needs and aspirations in delivering the most effective outcomes.

Joe can,  review and restructure terms  your existing premises  provide a  stay vs go analysis,  and assist with long term planning, multi site requirements,  consolidation and  liability reduction.

Specialising in Sydney’s office markets, Rowan has a keen interest in the Tech, Media, LifeSciences and Co-working sectors, is passionate about helping his clients and is known as a deal-maker. The landlord has an expert negotiator on their side, shouldn't you?

Fifteen years experience exclusively representing office tenants, providing advice, strategy and representation throughout the entire leasing process, from sourcing and evaluation through to successfully securing his client's preferred property.

Rowan has represented a multitude of Tech companies throughout his career, leads Colliers’ Tech Practice Group in Australia and is a member of Colliers’ APAC Tech Practice Group. Rowan enjoyed visiting the offices of major Tech companies in San Francisco to gain insights about how these firms use their workplace to attract and retain talent.

Anthony is a Sydney CBD market expert and has a strong track record acting on behalf of occupiers to devise bespoke occupancy outcomes. He's advised on a number of highly complex pre-construction lease agreements for some of Australia's largest office and industrial occupiers. He also brings particular expertise acting on behalf of tenants through compulsory acquisitions and lease surrenders where the property has a higher and better use.

Anthony is an expert tactician and his key point of differnce is his understanding of real estate delivery methods and complex contracts.

He has worked with a wide range of clients across multiple industries. Some of his past and present clients include Fuji Xerox, Grays eCommerce Group, IAG, Virtus Health, Computershare, KPMG, UBS, NRMA, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Victory Offices.

I am a National Director and Head of Tenant Advisory (NSW) based in Sydney.  I am highly focused with a committed work ethic and pride myself on securing great results for my clients.  I am consistenly recognised by my clients for providing unparralleled customer service and securing outstanding  results.

I have 15+ years global experience in corporate real estate and property and asset management providing me with invaluable insight, knowledge and understanding of both the landlord and tenant's perspective.  As a result, my client's beenfit from my ability to idenitfy value add whilst mitigating project risk.

Prior to joining Colliers I worked with Europe's leading investment trust, British Land, as well as several indepedant funds.  I was also seconded to British Airways as part of CBRE's Global Corporate Services team and managed their global real estate portfolio and was instrumental in securing considerable cost savings across their leased portfolio.

Kevin is a Licenced Estate Agent based in the Melbourne CBD office of Colliers . He has over 30 years post qualification experience in all facets of commercial real estate work having specialied in Commercial Office Leasing and now Tenant Advisory in his  20 years at Colliers. 

At Colliers, Kevin utilises his extensive property background and well developed project delivery skills in the analysis and formulation of strategy on behalf of clients leading to new property acquisitions, lease renewals and lease rationalisation.

Justin is a corporate real estate professional, with international experience in Australian and Hong Kong real estate markets, specialising in tenant representation, real estate advisory and transaction management.

Justin has represented businesses with lease renewals, relocations, disposals, consolidations, negotiations, make good, lease surrender advice, buy side due dilligence and acquisitions.  He has also advised clients on their corporate real estate strategies and is an Associate member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI).

Since joining the Tenant Advisory Department, Taylor has been involved in project delivery and market research and has actively participated in sourcing and negotiating office accommodation in the Perth CBD and West Perth for national and local firms including SAP, Novartis, FTI Consulting, Trisbis, DFP Recruitment, Objective Corporation, CHU and KBI Group.
