We appointed Colliers in June 2018 to assist with finding a new Brisbane HQ. They took the time to understand what we wanted to achieve and were able to streamline the process and save us considerable time. In the end, the value that they added was substantial not only financially but also in management of the process. I would happily recommend the Colliers International Advisory Team to other businesses

Mike Capps, General Manager AUS & NZ – RedEye Apps

We were looking to relocate our Brisbane office and we contacted Nick as he had been recommended. Since the first meeting, Nick has taken time to listen to our requirements and only suggested locations where he felt our needs would be met.  Nick talked and guided us through every process and was always available when we had any queries.  His expertise ensures that we received the best terms possible for our new office, stress free!  We would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Mandy Portelli, Operations Coordinator, Queensland - GT Insurance

We engaged Nick as our tenant advisor to help us source and negotiate our first Brisbane office. Having no presence in Brisbane, Nick’s knowledge of the market and skill in negotiation was invaluable and allowed us to achieve a result that was substantially better than what we were expecting. Nick took the time and thoroughly understood what we were trying to achieve in terms of an office location that not only suited our staff but also our client base and business at large. There was a constant stream of communication so we were always up to date with the progress of the matter. It’s been great working with Nick and I’d recommend him as a tenant rep for any company looking for top quality service.
