52 Martin Place, Sydney: The ‘home’ of Channel 7.  Major refurbishment of the two lobbies, overseeing leasing of some 22,000sqm to the NSW State Government and other private organisations, plant and equipment upgrades such as cooling tower replacements, chiller upgrades, lift control upgrade to a Destination Control System, electrical upgrades.

19 Martin Place, Sydney: MLC Centre.  One of Sydney’s most prominent buildings in Sydney’s skyline.  As the buildings’ General Manager, I was responsible for managing external leasing agents for the re-leasing of some 40,000 sqm of vacant office space, and 6,000sqm of vacant retail space over a period of two years.  Following each successful new lease, I was then responsible for the management of the fitout for each new incoming tenant.  This leasing campaign increased the number of office tenants from 35 to 73.  Another accomplishment as General Manager of this asset was the overseeing of the initial stages of a DA application to redevelop the Theatre Royal, internal common areas (lobbies, carpark, foodcourts) as well as external areas such as shopfront extensions, construction of two-storey luxury international retail shops and restaurants, landscaping and lobby entrances.
