Tim Woolf

As a Director in Newcastle office Tim has a focus on the industrial sector and has transacted in the Newcastle and Hunter Region, Central Coast and Mid North Coast. Tim has a career spanning over 19 years in the property industry, commencing in 2003 as a commercial property valuer operating in Sydney and Newcastle. This experience has formulated the framework and acute understanding of key drivers within the property market providing Tim with a competitive advantage when articulating said drivers to market participants.

His experience includes a vast array of asset types including but not limited to:

- Sale and leasing of Industrial warehouses, strata developments and land;

- Sale and leasing of commercial assets; and

- CBD and englobo development site sales

In 2019, Tim transitioned from a prominent commercial valuer into a sales and leasing Executive roll in the Newcastle Industrial team. In a short period of time, his new role reflected strong results for various clients all of which were achieved utilising his experience and knowledge in unlocking ‘hidden attributes’ of various assets helping to achieve the highest potential  sale prices for each client.
