Ellie joined the Business Space Lease Advisory in 2019, completing her APC to become RICS qualified in 2022.
Ellie has experience working within the North West and Manchester Office and Industiral & Logistics property sectors. Providing advice to both landlord and occupier clients regarding their rent reviews, lease renewal and lease re-structure negotiations. Ellie has represented a vast number of clients across the market including Bupa, Vodafone, Screwfix and Interserve.
Experienced Workplace Advisory leader with a proven track record of developing and implementing local, regional and global workplace strategies to accelerate the success of corporate, institutional and government organisations, across EMEA, APAC and The Americas.
With a multi-disciplinary team of over 90 workplace and change advisors in 22 countries, EMEA Workplace Advisory thinks global but acts local, delivering innovative and pragmatic location, building and workplace (physical environment, technology, behaviour & branding) solutions.
Richard has been working in the industry for 25 years, mainly as a Cost Manager, however he has also managed a number of Design & Build Schemes around London for Developers as Employers’ Agent. These included residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes.
He is a good communicator and team leader, always involved in problem solving and trying to assist in finding suitable solutions especially when it comes to procurement strategy.
Maddi joined Colliers in September 2019 as part of their Graduate Scheme after graduating from the University of Reading with an MSc in Real Estate. Prior to her MSc, she graduated from the University of Southampton with a first class Honours Degree in Geography. As part of her graduate scheme, Maddi undertook rotations in Licensed & Leisure Agency, Valuation & Advisory Services and Retail Capital Markets, and passed her APC to become a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer in November 2021.
Following this, Maddi re-joined the Valuation & Advisory Services department, where she now works as a Senior Surveyor. She currently works on a variety of commercial valuations across a variety of commercial asset types for both loan security and accounts purposes. She is also a member of the Valuation Department ESG Steering Group.
Liam is an Associate Director within the Healthcare Team, providing Valuation and Advisory Services across the whole of the UK.

Liam specialises in Valuation and Agency advice to operators, investors and lenders for loan security, acquisitions and disposals across the Healthcare Sector in England, Scotland and Wales, with specific experience in Long Term (Elderly and Specialist) Care Facilities including, Care Homes, Nursing Homes, Children’s Homes and Homes providing care to Service Users with Mental Health Issues and Learning Disabilities. Liam also has experience of providing valuation advice in relation to Children's Day Nurseries and Primary Care Facilities.
Pru joined Colliers in August 2018 and is based in the West End Office, in the UK Retail Agency team which involves leasing a number of different retail & leisure assets across the country. Pru acts for both landlords and occupiers in a range of roles on both High Street and Shopping Centre instructions. She provides retail advice to Landsec across their national shopping centre, designer outlet, London assets and retail park portfolio. She also advises a number of leading and emerging occupiers including Oliver Bonas, City Pub Group, Fraser Hart, Santander and Vodafone on their store portfolio strategies, acquisition and disposal programmes.
Pru passed her APC to become a Member or the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in June 2021.
Simon is a Director and Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years industry experience in the Building and Project Consultancy sector.
He has had overall responsibility for the building surveying team across the UK, focusing on generating new business, nurturing client relationships and closely managing the quality of departmental output.
Simon has extensive experience in complex building surveying due diligence work. Aligned to this, his knowledge of large and difficult project management schemes allows him to ensure the client is getting the best possible commercial advice on all instructions.
Gavin is a Director with over 20 years’ experience in the Building and Project Consultancy sector. He is known for his commercial thinking and problem-solving ability, often unlocking development potential on difficult sites.
Gavin has overall responsibility for the Environmental, Energy and Sustainability Services within the Project and Building Consultancy team.
Alex joined Colliers in July 2019 as part of the Graduate Scheme. Alex is based within the Industrial and Logistics department in our Bristol office, specialising in the disposals and acquisitions of industrial units across the South West and South Wales regions.
Since joining Colliers, Alex has developed a strong understanding of the regional multi-let market, in particular, and has completed a number of lettings for various clients including Unit 3 Vertex Park (15,700 sq ft - Chancerygate); Unit 27-28 Beeches Industrial Estate (14,537 sq ft - DTZ Investors); and Unit 1604 - 1605 Bridgwater Gateway (11,500 sq ft - Bridgwater Gateway Industrial Ltd).
Alex passed his APC in January 2022 and has now qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.
Alex was shortlisted for the Rising Star Award at the Bristol Property Awards 2022.
Currently a Graduate Surveyor, Osian is currently situated within the Portfolio Valuation and Advisory team, which specializes in the regulated valuations of commercial portfolios across the UK for various Pension Funds and Units Trusts as well as valuations for company accounts and loan security.
He has previously had experience within the City Office Valuation team, covering the City Core, Midtown, Docklands, Southbank, Shoreditch, Clerkenwell, and Aldgate markets as well as the Business Rates and National Capital Markets departments dealing with clients' needs on a nationwide basis.
Osian is currently working towards completing his APC in Winter 2021.
Patrick joined Colliers International in January 2014 as a surveyor, joining from Jones Lang LaSalle. Patrick’s valuation experience has allowed him to be introduced to and form strong relationships with the major banks and building societies as well as property companies. Experience has included the valuation of single assets as well as portfolios nationwide with a comprehensive knowledge in all major property sectors.
He has also gained experience in providing strategic advice and valuing development opportunities with particular emphasis on the London residential market. His knowledge and understanding of residual valuations has enabled him to become involved in a number of high profile instructions.
Marvin has several years of experience in financial analysis and structured corporate finance. He has gained his financial expertise while living in Europe and East Asia. Marvin is specialised in providing advanced financial analysis of strategic real estate portfolio allocations, sale and leaseback transactions, corporate structured finance products and lease accounting strategies to Colliers’ clients.
His main responsibilities include structuring of complex corporate and capital market transactions, investment scenario analysis and the management of real estate transactions.
Marvin has worked on various deals relating to capital raising, refinancing, capital restructuring and corporate acquisition financing for large global enterprises.
Prior to working at Colliers International, Marvin was working at Mizuho Bank where he was part of the European Corporate Finance team, specializing in securities analysis; assessing how M&A and refinancing impacts the capital structure of corporate clients. Before his time at Mizuho Bank, Marvin worked within the corporate finance team at Ernst & Young in Berlin and was involved in providing strategic audit advice to global clients.
As UK Sustainability Manager at Colliers, Matt is a Director tasked with establishing Colliers UK as a sustainable business. Engaged across teams and offices, Matt is supporting increased skills and knowledge in sustainability, and in developing products and services to best support our clients.
Having worked in, and with, both private sector and NGO’s, Matt has advised organisations such as Google, Marks & Spencer, Heathrow Airport, BT, Caddick Group, St. Modwen, Magic Light Pictures, and more, on their journey to becoming sustainable businesses.
Within real estate, Matt has delivered sustainability and social value projects for global investors, REITs, developers, managers, and contractors such as Nuveen, LaSalle, the NHS, TfL, Landsec, Big Society Capital, Hammerson, Derwen London, JLL, and more.
Matt has written best-practice in social value for the real estate sector and held industry positions such as on Revo’s Sustainability Committee and as Chair of their Community Engagement Working Group, the RICS Responsible Business Group and Social Value Group, and the UKGBC Social Value Task Force.
Phil has a wealth of experience of Local Government Revenues & Benefits gained over 30 years for a number of authorities in the midlands and south east. This has covered; Rates, Community Charge, Council Tax, Business Rates and Housing Benefits. Added to this there have been spells working in the private sector either as a training officer (both Revenues & Benefits) or as a provider of outsourced Revenues & Benefits services to a local authority.
In addition, Phil is a member of the Institute of Revenues, Rating & Valuation serving on the National Council from 2008 - 2015, is a Past-President of the Thames Valley Association and more recently Treasurer of that organisation.
Emma is a Senior Consultant with over 11 years’ experience in data-led retail strategy. Prior to Colliers, Emma previously worked at Accenture/Javelin Group and Morrisons.
She provides insight and data-driven analysis to help inform strategic decisions making for both retailers, landlords and real estate investors.
Emma has worked with a broad range of clients in the UK and internationally. Clients include Aviva Investors, Hammerson, Intu, Standard Life; and retailers across the occupier spectrum including grocery, fashion, F&B and telco.
Phoebe is an Operations Manager within the Colliers EMEA Occupier Services team based in the London EMEA HQ. She joined Colliers following 4.5 years at WeWork working as a Cluster Operations Manager for 8 buildings in the London and Cambridge market
Jon is a Director in the National Capital Markets team and is an established real estate industry professional with more than 25 years’ experience. Jon focusses primarily on providing strategic and funding advice to a range of clients including institutional investors, property companies, developers, housing associations and central Government.
Prior to joining Colliers, Jon was a Director in the Investment Directorate at Homes England where he was responsible for establishing the Agency’s equity investment team, investing more than £500m into a range of joint venture delivery platforms. Jon also had overall responsibility for the delivery of one of the Agency’s main debt and equity funds with a value of £4bn, having led the team that successfully secured £2bn of additional funding from HMT in 2021. Prior to working at Homes England, Jon ran a niche consultancy in central London providing development and funding advice to a range of national and international clients, and was previously a senior director at JLL and King Sturge.
Amy is a Senior Retail Analyst working in the Retail Strategy & Analytics team, with over 8 years’ experience in data analytics, retail strategy & research.
Prior to Colliers, Amy held Retail Research positions at both Cushman & Wakefield and PMA, having worked with both occupiers and landlords.
David joined Colliers in September 2022 and is a Director in the National Capital Markets team. He has a decade of experience in the UK investment market and advises a number of institutional, property company, private equity and developer clients on the sale and acquisition of properties across the UK, with a focus on the industrial and logistics sector.
Prior to Colliers, David spent nine years at Lewis Ellis, one of the UK's leading niche investment advisors based in central London. During this period, he was involved in over £900m of transactions across a variety of commercial sectors including industrial, offices, retail & leisure.
Erin is a senior director in the London retail team, with a particular specialism within the London Estates and mixed use developments. Erin has a genuine passion for emerging retail trends, new entrants and a thorough knowledge of tenant mix strategies and destination leasing. Recent experience of bespoke and flexible leasing to meet the demands of the ever changing retail landscape
Her key landlord instructions include the King’s Cross Estate on behalf of Argent, including Coal Drops Yard, and the iconic Knightsbridge Estate, straddling Sloane Street and Brompton Road.
Erin also worked with British Land on their Broadgate development at 100 Liverpool Street, as well as the Cadogan Estate across their retail portfolio, working on the revival of the King’s Road, Sloane Street and Pavilion Road.
Martin is a Director in our London Property Management business and has over 25 years’ experience within commercial real estate, specialising in managing London based trophy assets.
Martin specialises in taking under performing assets and holistically repositioning the management to drive performance, increase occupier retention and enhance value. His unique, hands on approach to management prioritises not only surveying but the seamless integration with finance and facilites management, given his experience and in-depth knowledge of buildings' systems and operations.
Christian graduated from the University of Reading in 2012 having completed his undergraduate in Real Estate. He qualified as a member of the RICS at Knight Frank in 2017 and has subsequently completed his Investment Management Certificate and the University of Cambridge's Institute of Sustainability Leadership course. Christian worked as part of Knight Frank's London Capital Markets team until 2022 before joining Colliers. He has experience in acquiring, disposing and advising on the strategic asset management of London offices, with a strong focus on the ESG agenda.
I joined Colliers as a Salesforce Administrator in the Operations Department in June 2021.
Harriet is an Associate Director in the Workplace Advisory team with over 8 years’ experience working in the corporate real estate industry.
A key driver for Harriet is making workplaces that are inclusive, supportive, inspiring, and specific to her client's requirements, so that they are an enjoyable and productive place for everyone. Harriet enjoys engaging with staff to ensure they feel positive and involved in their future workplace, running workshops that enable different voices to be heard, and connecting with a company in order to understand their culture.
An active member in the workplace sector, Harriet is the Vice President for the CoreNet UK Young Leader board and a committee member for CREW UK. She is passionate about helping occupiers define their workplace requirements in order to create environments that ensures both their business and people thrive.
James is an investment advisor in Colliers’ London Capital Markets team, with 14 years’ experience, focusing on investment transactions in London’s West End and providing transactional advice to key client’s such as Derwent London, The Crown Estate, The Church Commissioners for England, Acai Group and Lothbury IM.
Eamon has significant experience raising finance for trading businesses across the full lifecycle of debt transactions, including; business planning, funding options, debt capacity, credit analysis, debt structuring, marketing materials, offer analysis, negotiation & documentation.
As a qualified accountant, but with direct experience in bank liquidity and capital adequacy, Eamon has a deeper understanding of the relationship between the borrower’s underlying financials and the lender’s rationale. This unique skill set has proven valuable. In fact, funding advised on by Eamon has resulted in the delivery of over 6,000 units.
One particular strength of Eamon’s skillset is his understanding of different lenders in the fragmented markets. Eamon has lead successful transactions with banks and non-bank lenders such as pension funds, insurance funds, aggregators, local authorities and private equity/debt funds to name a few. Finally, Eamon is a Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (2012 Prizewinner) and holds an MSc. Finance from Trinity College, Dublin.
Emily is a ‘Senior Sustainability Advisor’ with circa 8 years’ working experience in sustainability across a diverse range of asset types, including offices, industry warehouses, retail, education, leisure, museums, and residential projects.
She has extensive experience in providing sustainability advice at early design stage, undertaking operational energy modelling by following TM54 methodology through design and construction stages, as well as delivering Net Zero Carbon (NZC) and energy audits for existing buildings.
Emily is a Certified Energy Assessor for both domestic and non-domestic building, Low Carbon Consultant (LCC) and Energy Assessor (LCEA), an Energy Saving Opportunity Scheme Lead Assessor (ESOS LA) and a qualified Passivhaus Designer.
Aron has over 15 years’ experience in Central London real estate , currently a Director and Co-head of London Estates at Colliers.
His key landlord instructions are advising The Crown Estate on their Regent Street and St James's portfolio a £2.2Bn London retail portfolio. Advising JP Morgan on their 7 acre Spitalfields estate providing advice on placemaking/band curation and redevelopment strategy, to ensure synergy between office and retail occupiers.
Outside of his core estate work, Aron has previously advised other key London landlords on their holdings, including Ashby Capital, Derwent London, Great Portland Estates, and Crosstree Real Estate.
Harry joined Colliers in 2022 as a graduate analyst in the London Capital Markets team, where he is responsible for providing analysis and quantitative solutions to clients and the team. Before joining Colliers, Harry worked as an intern in Malaysia's buy-side real estate company, developing and designing its internal investment appraisal models. In 2020, Harry founded a consulting startup and provided bespoke modelling services to three real estate and investment management companies across China and Malaysia.
Harry holds a master's degree in Quantitative Finance from the University of Glasgow. His graduate thesis, A Closed-form GARCH Option Pricing Model - Performance and Calibrations in Bitcoin Options, was awarded the school's highest grade (A1, 100%). He is proficient in mathematical modelling in Python, Matlab, R and VBA, and traditional valuation models such as DCF and capital budgeting.

Will is an Associate Director within the Colliers Business Space Lease Advisory team based in the London EMEA HQ.
With 14+ years experience in the commercial real estate industry, Will regularly advises occupier and investor clients on lease renewals, rent reviews and lease restructuring across Greater London and the South East.
Willem has nearly 30 years experience in the property industry, with particular expertise in office agency, desgin and development.
Willem re-joined Colliers as Lead Director in the South East Offices team in Feb 2022, having spent the previous two years working client side for a private family business in charge of a half million sq ft office portfolio across the South East, and prior to that spent nearly 12 years at Colliers as a Director in the Central London Offices team.

Alanna works within the Operational Capital Markets team advising investors, landlords, developers and the public sector on investment, funding and development.
Alanna’s primary focus is on development and investment within the ‘Beds Sectors’ focusing on Student Accommodation, BTR and Retirement sectors. Alanna has c.10 years of experience in investment and development, having worked previously within the BNP Paribas Real Estate (Previously Strutt & Parker) Alternative Markets team for 6 years and the Cushman & Wakefield Development Team and LXB Properties (a closed ended AIM Listed Retail Fund) prior to this.
Roger is a Director with significant client side and consultancy experience in Real Estate, specialising in advising multinational organisations on structuring and delivering value. He has a track record of adding value to real estate portfolios for clients globally.
He has significant experience operating within major international businesses, owning and developing key stakeholder relationships and delivering value through tailor made solutions.
Alistair was previously at JLL where he spent 5 years heading up their Central London Lease Advisory team and brings with him over 18 years' experience in providing lease restructuring advice, rent reviews, and lease renewals on prime retail/leisure properties across the Capital.
Prior to that he was at CBRE for 11 years working on a shopping centre and Central London instructions.

Chris Lewis is a senior member of Colliers’ National Capital Markets Division with over 25 years’ experience of investment work. He focusses on the office sector and with his team is active across the marketplace providing a range of services including:
Chris acts for a number of retained and non-retained clients which are a mix of institutional funds, local authorities, property companies, developers and private investors from the UK and overseas. In addition, he has been involved in a variety of sale and leasebacks for corporate occupiers.
Chris joined Colliers in January 2021 having spent over 15 years with Cushman & Wakefield where he was Head of Office Investment. Prior to that he worked at a niche investment firm in the West End of London. He commenced his career with a year University placement at Weatherall Green and Smith in 1995 which he subsequently re-joined in 1997.

Cecily joined Colliers in 2022 and is part of the Central London Retail and F&B Agency team, predominantly leasing restaurant opportunities in Central London. Cecily works with a number of leading London Estates including Howard de Walden and Argent LLP.
Cecily focuses on identifying new and emerging brands and experiences looking to establish themselves in London, offering advice on location and lease structures. Acquisitions include Vintage Threads on the Shafetsbury Estate, and WNU on the Grosvenor Estate.
Arthur joined Colliers in July 2022 and is a Senior Surveyor in the Development Advisory department, working alongside Anthony Shapland and Harry Barlow. Arthur has a background in financial viability appraisals for public sector clients.
Arthur completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Southampton. He studied Real Estate part time at Kingston University where he graduated with distinction. He passed his APC in November 2021, gaining membership to the RICS.
Jean joined Colliers in December 2022, as Chief Financial Officer for the EMEA region. Jean’s portfolio extends to strategic development and implementation as well as M&A activity as part of the EMEA’s Growth Strategy Plan.
With over 30 years global experience, Jean is a results driven finance, commercial, risk and operational leader. She began her career with EY where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Subsequently she spent 20 years in Senior Financial roles within Chevron and privately owned energy giants SHV and Met, where she led and doubled turnover of the respective trading floors. Jean has a strong track record of scaling businesses, M&A, IPO, systems transformation, streamlining, restructuring, and accelerating strategic and operational initiatives for clients within diverse industries.
