A highly qualified real estate professional, John has extensive knowledge of direct and indirect real estate and finance projects in Europe and Asia.

Prior to joining Colliers, John was MD Corporate Finance at DTZ and Head of Capital Markets at LSH. He has worked extensively in distressed debt and NPL situations and has concluded transactions in the last 12 months for Cerberus, Starwood and LBG.

Michael is a Senior Director in the National Capital Markets team.  Michael joined Colliers International in mid-2010.

Michael has worked as an investment specialist for over 15 years.  Throughout that time Michael has focussed on Industrial, Office and Mixed Portfolio Investment work UK wide.  Michael is also experienced in undertaking Sale & Leaseback transactions on behalf of Corporate Clients. 

Based in Colliers Central London office Michael works closely with investment, agency and professional colleagues in both London and the Colliers International regional offices throughout the UK. 

Michael’s major investment clients include UK and International Institutions, Property Companies and High Net Worth individuals including Legal & General, Aberdeen Standard, Clipstone Land, Ascendas Singbridge, Gazeley, Peel Logistics, The Cording Group, Gramercy, The Milton Group and Colliers Capital amongst others. 

John has specialised in the industrial and logistics investment market for over 14 years. He advises a range of clients including UK Funds and Institutions, Property Companies as well as Overseas Investors.

John joined Colliers International in 2013 during which he has advised on over £600m of industrial acquisitions and disposals.

After graduating from Durham University in 2009 with a BA (Hons) degree in Geography, Tom went on to complete a Postgraduate Masters in Real Estate at London South Bank University obtaining a Merit. Following his studies, Tom joined Altus Edwin Hill's West End Rating team in 2010 where he undertook a range of property referencing work. In October 2010, Tom joined Colliers International as a member of the Central London Division.

In May 2013 Tom became a Member of the RICS and subsequently joined the Colliers National Investment Team in January 2014.  Tom now focuses much of his work on South East offices.

Tim started his career in 1986 with Conrad Ritblat, which became part of Colliers International, working in the Investment Department where his career has progressed. Tim is responsible for the disposal and acquisition of investment properties throughout the United Kingdom and heads up the Specialist Division of the Investment Department.

Adrian started his career at John D Wood in 1979, moving to J Trevor & Sons in 1981. He became a partner of the firm in 1987 which subsequently evolved into Gooch Webster and then merged with Colliers International in 2003.

Richard Coombs is a Director in the UK National Investment team with particular responsibility for investment in the South West. His specialist area is business space although he also provides advice to clients across all major sectors of the market.  Richard has advised clients such as Aviva Investors, Patrizia, Mayfair Capital, Aberdeen Standard Investments, Columbia Threadneedle Investments and Castleforge Partners for more than 25 years in the acquisition, sale and funding of investment property.
