Alistair Bews

Alistair was previously at JLL where he spent 5 years heading up their Central London Lease Advisory team and brings with him over 18 years' experience in providing lease restructuring advice, rent reviews, and lease renewals on prime retail/leisure properties across the Capital.

Prior to that he was at CBRE for 11 years working on a shopping centre and Central London instructions.

His experience within London covers a range of sectors including gyms, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets and showrooms as well as retail shops.

Key experience has included

• Advised on the regear of the Lego store on Leicester Square - upsize created world's largest Lego store
• Negotiated the rent review and restructure of the Oscar De La Renta store on Mount Street
• Instructed by Savoy Hotel to agree renewal of long leasehold interest
• Acting on first round of rent reviews in both Westfield London and Westfield Stratford
• Agreeing prime restaurant review on behalf of Bocconcino on Berkeley Street
