Hannah is a Motion Designer and Videographer based in London. She completed her Motion Graphics Degree at Ravensbourne University Arts London in 2020. Throughout her studies, work experience and experimentations, she developed her skills through animation, graphic design, advertising, branding, film and photography.
Hannah is a designer who is ambitious and constantly strives to create the best concepts that display her overall flare. She aspires to improve her work with every new creative task. Throughout her projects she loves creating narratives and bringing emotion to ensure that she engages the audience. Hannah's skill base includes 2D animation, film, advertising, branding and 3D design.
Software Expertise: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Media Encoder
Basic Knowledge: Cinema 4D, Adobe Audition and Adobe InDesign.
Izura has more than 8 years of property management experience. She is also able to draw on a multitude of skills acquired from her previous career of 5 years predominantly in corporate finance and business development.
At Colliers, she is involved in proactively managing a variety of multi-let and FRI properties in office, retail and industrial sectors for clients such as Stratford upon Avon Town Trust and Staffordshire County Council Pension Fund. Her role involves working closely with the facilities management and accounts team to ensure a high quality service is delivered to the clients and their customers.
Rachel originally joined the Rating Department as an Associate Director in the Accurates Team in September 2007, and was promoted to Director in January 2010. Following a career break in 2016, she re-joined Colliers in November 2019 to work on key client contract management.
Rachel is a corporate member of the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation (IRRV) and has 20 years local government experience of the administration and collection of local taxation charges. The latter 5 years of her local government career included working as a senior manager and her responsibilities included determining applications for discretionary rate relief and leading teams responsible for administering Council Tax and National Non-domestic Rates.
