Izura Ikram

Izura has more than 8 years of property management experience. She is also able to draw on a multitude of skills acquired from her previous career of 5 years predominantly in corporate finance and business development.

At Colliers, she is involved in proactively managing a variety of multi-let and FRI properties in office, retail and industrial sectors for clients such as Stratford upon Avon Town Trust and Staffordshire County Council Pension Fund. Her role involves working closely with the facilities management and accounts team to ensure a high quality service is delivered to the clients and their customers.

• Instrumental in successful re-tender of property management contract with Stratford upon Avon Town Trust following 17 years relationship with the client
• Elevating customer experience in One Temple Row whilst the building was undergoing major refurbishment
• Service charge consultancy and set up for a new industrial estate in Bardon
