Our clients acquired the property in January 2011 and embarked on an ambitious scheme of refurbishment and renewal. No part of the property has been left untouched by this ongoing process. There is little doubt that this comprehensive updating to the property has left it fit for the next generation. Having re-established the business our clients have now decided that the time is apt to peruse their retirement plans and as such have reluctantly decided to place the property on the market.
