About Me
Richard has been working in the industry for 25 years, mainly as a Cost Manager, however he has also managed a number of Design & Build Schemes around London for Developers as Employers’ Agent. These included residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes.
He is a good communicator and team leader, always involved in problem solving and trying to assist in finding suitable solutions especially when it comes to procurement strategy.
Richard started in Malta working on multi million Euro projects like the Playmobil factory and regeneration of Tigne Point.
Since moving to London in 2004, he worked in Dubai, Cairo, Milan and Paris on Hotel developments and in UK on various schemes such as Student Village at Queen Mary University and the Dorchester Collection Hotels along with exhibitions at the Natural History and Science Museum and other high end residential projects.
Richard has experience working with Pods and Modular buildings.
