About Me
Patrick joined Colliers International in January 2014 as a surveyor, joining from Jones Lang LaSalle. Patrick’s valuation experience has allowed him to be introduced to and form strong relationships with the major banks and building societies as well as property companies. Experience has included the valuation of single assets as well as portfolios nationwide with a comprehensive knowledge in all major property sectors.
He has also gained experience in providing strategic advice and valuing development opportunities with particular emphasis on the London residential market. His knowledge and understanding of residual valuations has enabled him to become involved in a number of high profile instructions.
Following on from becoming a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Patrick has continued to form new relationships with banks, property companies and building societies growing a client base which is increasingly diverse.
