As  Customer Experinece Manager at Picadilly Place my main focus is around occupier  engagement. This includes

• Designing and Launching our Piccadilly Place Engagement Plan
• Enhancing Occupier Engagement through bespoke planned events
• Increasing our occupier satisfaction ratings index
• Implementing the – Support the local business  campaign
• Designing an Environmental commitment plan, eg: our PiccadillyPlace beehives 
• Launching various community engagement inititaives, eg: helping the homeless, honey jar label competition etc
• Carrying out Voice of the Customer surveys

For the past decade  I have focussed on bringing  5 star client  service to various large scale corporate offices taking a leadership role  in change managment and coaching teams in  updated processes and standard opperating procedures. 

I started working in this industry  in 2012 at 1 Angel Square the Co-op head office and then at Clyde & Co a worldwide corporate law firm managing their front of house and reception services. I'm now thrilled to take on the role of Customer Experince Manager for Colliers managing front of house and events at Piccadilly Place.
