Office Middle Markets: Delivering analytical insight and market intelligence to some of Australia’s largest institutional grade clients. With a spotlight on office, the Office Middle Market National team collaborate to support market updates, key transactions and client mandates to uncover the most profitable client outcomes.

Restructuring Property Services: Matthew has been involved in over 350 workout strategies, developing sophisticated solutions to maximise results for the management or sale of distressed assets and land. Keeping in touch with market dynamics has provided an invaluable insight to sentiment, timing, supply and demand, and comparative values which has helped help him determine the best workout strategies, resulting in optimal outcomes across all asset types.

National Auctions: With over 1,000+ auctions conducted since 2020, Matthew and his team are proud to deliver in 2022 a new online Auction platform capturing the attention of a national audience. Maximising attendance no matter where our clients are based on behalf of our clients, on the day of Auction.

Premium Investments: The successful implementation of a national Premium Investment strategy has seen hundreds of premium properties with typically long WALE, successfully sold as a result. By creating tension in the market to maximise the sale price, Matthew has helped his team drive exceptional results for their vendors.
