Daniel is Head of Investment Services Victoria with a national role of growing the Australian Investment Services business. Transactionally, Daniel’s specialisation is in the Middle Market assets class ($20-$200mil) throughout the City of Melbourne.
Daniel joined Colliers in 2010 and quickly claimed market share of the CBD. He focuses primarily on commercial investments and value-add opportunities with a laser focus on office, retail and development sites, for which he and his team are market leaders.
Daniel regularly engages with a diverse range of clients from various sectors and consistently strives to surpass client expectation. He manages negotiations on behalf of local, national and international clients and has been involved in billions of dollars’ worth of transactions.
Since commencing the leadership of his team in 2010, Daniel has managed to guide the Melbourne City Sales team to success year after year, continuing to be a leader in his market and achieve record transactions no other agency has managed to do. In 2021, Daniel has taken responsibility for the entire Victoria Investment Services business.
Throughout these years, Daniel has dedicated his time to many enterprising initiatives including Middle Markets, where Daniel has driven the Victorian and National business to focus on key investments predominantly in the office asset class, and Premium Investments which he has also lead from a National approach, listing and transacting assets underpinned by premium tenants.
Daniel has maintained strong relationships with clients due to his strong and transparent communication, and this is significantly prominent in his extensive track record.
Hunter Higgins joined Colliers International in 2010 and has been leading the Brisbane Investment Services team for the last 5 years.
Hunter and the team offer their clients a tailored service by specialising in sales across the following investment property categories: office and retail, mixed-use development sites, office and retail strata property, Asia markets, premium investments and Restructuring Property Services.
With over 15 years’ experience in the real estate industry, Hunter has an exceptional track record and proven success as a market leader. He specialises in the Brisbane CBD and Metro markets with a focus on office and retail investments, and mixed-use development sites.
When it comes to customer service, Hunter invests in relationships to deliver enduring value, and offers enterprising solutions to achieve the best outcome for his clients. He retains long standing client relationships by continually exceeding their expectations through his strong market knowledge, active buyer relationships, solid work ethic, campaign management skills, honest feedback, clear direction and determination to achieve the best possible result.
Peter has a total of 25+ years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry including over 23 years with Colliers International.
He started his real estate career as a Valuer in 1991 at the City of Nunawading and obtained his qualification as a Valuer in 1993.
Peter joined Colliers International in June 1993 and commenced as an Assistant Valuer. From 1994 - 1997, he concentrated on retail & industrial sales and leasing in Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs.
Peter joined the Commercial & Investment Sales department at the start of 1998 to specialise in the sale of metropolitan office investments, commercial and residential development sites and vacant possession office sales. Peter’s track record for Melbourne city fringe and metropolitan office investment sales between $10 million - $80 million is unrivalled.
He was appointed National Director of the Investment Sales Department, Eastern Office in mid-2012.

As a leader of the ACT Capital Markets and Investment Services businesses, Matthew specialises in the sale of CBD and Metro Office buildings, Strata Office, Retail and Premium Investment assets. Matthew has positioned himself and his team at the forefront of the Canberra market, achieving the dominant market share over the past 3 years and transacting over $2b in sales. His efforts earnt the Colliers Canberra team the title of REIACT Commercial agency of the year for 2017, 2018 and 2019 as well as REIA Commercial Agency of the year 2019. In 2020, as part of the Canberra agency team, Matthew and colleagues were inducted into the REIACT Hall of Fame. In 2021 & 2022 Matthew and his team facilitated over $1.3b in sales throughout the ACT and other National Metro Markets. Matthew was recently recognised as the ACT Commercial Agent of the Year for 2022 and REIA Commercial Salesperson of the Year for 2023.
Matthew collaborates as part of the National Investment Services team and is a key decision-maker within:

- Restructuring Property Services team (where he is the ACT team leader)

Alistair is a National Director in both the Investment Services & Capital Markets teams at Colliers International Adelaide. Alistair is a longstanding member of the team, having worked for Colliers International for over thirty one years.
Alistair has a wealth of experience and market knowledge focussing specifically on the Adelaide CBD and metro markets. He has extensive client relationships with active local, national and international investors.
Alistair's specialties include all forms of commercial investments, particularly in high-value CBD office towers, retail assets (in particular Rundle Mall retail, where he has sold in excess of 25 individual assets within Rundle Mall), and development sites.
As a senior operator, Alistair has developed strategic understanding of complex transactions, national client knowledge and local market conditions advantaging investors.
Initially joining Colliers in 2015 to work alongside National Director Jon Chomley as a Capital Markets analyst, Tom grew organically through the Colliers system, gradually applying his analytical skills, and gravitating towards, a sales role within the Investment Services team. Working closely with National Director Henry Burke, Tom established himself as a market leading commercial sales agent on the North Shore of Sydney. In 2020, Tom began leading the Sydney North Investment Services team.
Specialising in selling commercial / retail property (freehold and strata) and development sites (raw and DA approved) in the metro markets on the Lower and Upper North Shore, including the Northern Beaches, Tom has built a reputation for being a driven, personable, meticulous operator who is clearly passionate about real estate. Tom’s ongoing enthusiasm for the property industry mixed with his excellent communication skills and his honest approach to business has seen him regularly achieve results above client expectations.
Having grown up on Sydney’s North Shore, Tom possesses an intricate understanding of what’s happening in and around the Lower North Shore of Sydney, regularly attending local council meetings to stay on top of Council Governance.
Over the course of Tom’s 10 years’ in the property industry, Tom has developed a strong interest in site consolidations i.e. strata amalgamations and collective freehold sales.
Internally, Tom is actively involved in Colliers’ key initiatives, including Office Middle Markets, Portfolio Auctions and Restructuring Property Services (RPS), and forms an integral part of Colliers’ National Strata Practice Group and Colliers’ National Premium Investments Practice Group.
Tom sits on the Property Council of Australia’s (PCA) Future Directions Committee.
As at February 2023, Tom has been involved in over $715,000,000 worth of property sales.
Peter is a strategic negotiator who is persistent and informative, which ensures his clients receive the most comprehensive advice and best possible results in the market.
Over the course of Peter’s 28 years’ in the property industry he has gained invaluable negotiation skills and track record in relation to commercial and retail property, along with mixed use and residential development sites (englobo and high density). Given his valuation background and understanding of the value drivers associated with all asset classes, coupled with his working knowledge of feasibility studies and Discounted Cash Flows he has also undertaken consultancy assignments for key clients, who rely on his expert opinion and strategic advice.
Peter has been part of Colliers International since 2002, and is deeply connected and can fully leverage all facets of the broader business, being a respected member of the National Senior Leadership Team.
Over his career Peter has gained unrivalled rapport with Local and State Government, private owners, Listed A-REITS, wholesale funds, development companies and large retail companies/owner occupiers.
Peter manages the largest dedicated commercial, industrial and real estate management team in the Hunter Region.
As the Director in Charge of the Gold Coast office, Steven is responsible for the continued success and growth of an award-winning team across multiple service lines. As part of his dual-role, Steven also represents Colliers as the Director of Investment Services in a transactional based sales management role.
