Jay Sternberg is an Executive Vice President and leads Occupier Services Bay Area (OSBA) in San Francisco. OSBA specializes in occupier representation providing clients with a platform of integrated services on local, national, and global levels. Jay is responsible for developing and implementing high-level strategies, managing overall operations and resources of the team, and providing clients with a senior point of contact. Jay utilizes his background in business finance to represent the interests of his corporate portfolio clients and local businesses, ranging from Fortune 100 firms to venture capital-funded growth companies.
Phil is a Partner in the Occupier Services Bay Area (OSBA), a Colliers group that exclusively represents tenants. He was formerly the Co-Chairman of Colliers International Partnership from 2005-2007 and a Director from 2004 to 2007.
Phil’s broad understanding of the impact of varying real estate structures on the financial statements of clients helps him successfully guide tenants through the process. He spent four years in Public Accounting with Deloitte Haskins & Sells (now commonly known as Deloitte). In 1989, he founded the Corporate Advisory Group in San Francisco where he used his background in Accounting and Real Estate simultaneously to benefit the tenants his group represents. He moved to the Silicon Valley Office of Colliers International in 1993 and then to the San Francisco Peninsula Office since it opened in 2012. Today, Occupier Services Bay Area (OSBA) manages a variety of large tenant portfolios of companies such as Oracle, LinkedIn, Adobe, Nvidia, Autodesk, Slack, and more.
Phil’s experience of over 30 years includes financial analysis, national and regional location analysis, site selection, facilities and long range planning, transaction structuring, off book financing, and financial statement impact analysis.
Carter Beim is an Executive Vice President, founding partner and regional leader of the Life Science division of Occupier Services Bay Area (OSBA) in San Francisco. OSBA specializes in occupier representation providing clients with a platform of integrated services locally, nationally and globally. Carter is responsible for developing and implementing real estate strategy, technology integration, transaction management and account governance. Carter represents a diverse group of clients in technology and the life sciences ranging from venture-backed start-ups to companies listed in the Fortune 500.
Scott MacIntyre is a Vice President and founding partner of the Occupier Services Group (OSG). OSG specializes in occupier representation, providing clients with a platform of integrated services on local, national and global levels. Clients of the OSG range from the Fortune 500 to venture funded high growth technology companies to local professional service firms and non-profits/family foundations. Scott is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day lease transaction process from the initial client meeting throughout the lease negotiation and move management.
Paul McManus is a Vice Chair and one of the senior leaders of Occupier Services Bay Area (OSBA) in Silicon Valley. OSBA specializes in occupier representation providing clients with a platform of integrated services in local, national, and global markets. Paul is a senior point of contact on multiple accounts for OSBA and has vast experience with complex transactions both in Silicon Valley and in numerous markets throughout the world. Paul represents the interests of his corporate portfolio clients and scaling start-up clients, ranging from Fortune 100 firms (software, hardware, medical device, biotech and professional services) to venture capital-funded growth companies.
Paul is a third generation Bay Area resident. He and his wife Ashley have three daughters (Madison 7, Mackenzie 5 and Margo 3). Paul joined Colliers in the Bay Area in 2007. Paul is an outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys snow skiing, wakeboarding, golfing, running, hiking, biking and swimming. Paul is a lifelong 49ers, Giants and Warriors fan. His downtime is spent coaching his girls in soccer, softball and golf.
Romy Zeid is an Executive Vice President and co-leads Occupier Services Bay Area (OSBA) in Silicon Valley. OSBA specializes in occupier representation providing clients with a platform of integrated services on local, national, and global levels. Romy is responsible for developing and implementing high-level strategies, managing overall operations and resources of the team, and providing clients with a senior point of contact. Romy utilizes his education and background in business to represent the interests of his corporate portfolio clients and local businesses, ranging from Fortune 100 firms to venture capital-funded growth companies.
Romy is a partner of Occupier Services Bay Area in Silicon Valley and is a member of Colliers’ global Tenant Advisory Council practice group. Romy has been involved in a wide range of transactions, from small acquisitions for start-up companies to campus project for larger, established companies, including Fortune 500 companies. His focus in solely representing corporation has involved him in a plethora of relocation and expansion projects, consolidations and dispositions, campus and headquarter planning, lease terminations and complete portfolio planning strategies. In 2015, Romy won the distinguished “40 Under 40” award presented by the Silicon Valley Business Journal. In each, and every, year Romy has been at Colliers International, he has received Colliers’ Everest Award, which recognized the top 10% of all Colliers International producers. His proven success is the direct reflection of him delivering unparalleled knowledge and service to his clients. As a result, several top firms have engaged Romy and his team to manage their real estate portfolios around the globe.
Luke Wilson is an Executive Vice President and leads Occupier Services Bay Area (OSBA) in Redwood City, CA. OSBA specializes in occupier representation providing clients with a platform of integrated services on local, national, and global levels. Luke takes a process oriented and quantitative approach to each project, using high-level analytics to advocate on behalf of his clients to deliver the best real estate solutions. In addition to his corporate portfolio clients, Luke has made outstanding contributions in representing many venture-backed companies from their initial research and development start-up phase through their excelled growth. Luke has completed over 250 lease and sale transactions, with total consideration in excess of $2 billion.
Kevin Colombo is an Executive Vice President and Partner of the Occupier Services Bay Area (OSBA) where he focuses on Corporate Advisory and Tenant Representation, with a specialization working with banks and financial and professional services firms. Kevin utilizes his vast commercial real estate experience and creative approach to embed himself in his Client’s core business model to advise beyond the real estate transaction.

Kellam is a sports enthusiast. He enjoys spending his free time outside on long hikes, runs, ski slopes and bike rides. He is a passionate fan of the San Francisco 49ers and San Francisco Giants.

Carter resides in San Francisco with his wife and two children. When not working, you will find Carter hosting wine & bbq events and playing golf with family and friends.
Grant Zamudio is a data-driven strategist who adds value for companies and individuals using real estate (leased or owned) in their business. Tucker Forbes joined the San Francisco Peninsula Colliers International office working with the Occupier Services Bay (OSBA) team. He specializes in assisting high-growth startup tenants and established companies throughout the Bay Area with their commercial real estate needs.
Tucker’s background experience specializing in office, R&D and industrial leasing brings a detail-oriented and quantitative approach to each project. His ability to connect with people combined with his expertise helps him to assist a wide variety of companies with their commercial real estate strategies. During his time at Colliers, Tucker has assisted mature private and high growth companies with account management and global transactions to ensure his client’s goals are met while securing favorable outcomes on a project by project basis. Tucker prides himself on being able to deliver exceptional results for his clients.
Tucker lives in San Francisco and during his spare time, Tucker enjoys playing basketball, skiing and golfing.
Tyler Hogan is a vice president with the Occupier Services Bay Area (OSBA) group in San Francisco. Clients of the OSBA range from the Fortune 500 to venture funded high growth technology companies to local professional service firms and non-profits/family foundations. Tyler is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day lease transaction process from the initial client meeting throughout the lease negotiation and move management. Tyler is experienced in leasing, disposition, and sales transactions.
Tyler applies the invaluable knowledge gained from this position in market dynamics, transactions, and marketing towards providing his clients with insightful and thorough service. Tyler works with tenants and building owners by providing office leasing services that adapt to the ever-changing San Francisco market conditions. While Tyler focuses primarily on office leasing transactions, he has guided clients through a variety of real estate transactions, including building sales, retail leasing, and industrial leasing.
Tyler is an avid mountain biker, triathlete and trail runner and competes in races throughout California.
