Kevin Colombo is an Executive Vice President and Partner of the Occupier Services Bay Area (OSBA) where he focuses on Corporate Advisory and Tenant Representation, with a specialization working with banks and financial and professional services firms. Kevin utilizes his vast commercial real estate experience and creative approach to embed himself in his Client’s core business model to advise beyond the real estate transaction.


Founded locally in 2007 and now an established national practice group, the Bay Occupier Services Bay Area ("OSBA") comprises Colliers' top-tier tenant/occupier broker-specialists working as one collaborative, accountable team to address your real estate issues. The group operates at strategic and tactical levels with your company's leadership to enable well-informed, profit driven, real estate decisions. With unique solutions established for each client, OSBA delivers individual real estate business solutions that: add measurable value, reduce costs, decrease business operating risks, improve workplace performance, expand flexibility, increase overall profitability.Kevin, his wife Kim, daughter Riley, and son Jack live in Marin County. After growing up in Marin, Kevin and his family moved from San Francisco in 2018.

A Bay Area native, Kevin began his commercial real estate career in 2004 while attending the University of California Santa Barbara. After graduating, Kevin moved back to San Francisco where he worked for Capital Pacific, Retail West, Terra Verde Commercial, and ultimately  Colliers International in 2014. Specializing in Tenant Representation,  he has been able to leverage resources and collaboration that has led to the continued growth of the Occupier Services Bay Area. Kevin is a partner of OSBA, senior leader in the San Francisco office, and consistently in the top producers within the office.

Kevin received a B.A. in Communications and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the University of California Santa Barbara. Spending a summer in Italy, Kevin studied at the University of Turin, Italy where he focused on International Business Management. With an internship at Pacifica Commercial Real Estate during his Junior year of college, Kevin was a licensed commercial real estate broker working on lease transactions during his senior year of college. After working for multiple commercial real estate firms in San Francisco, Kevin joined Colliers and OSBA in late 2014.

With strong family ties in the community, Kevin has served on the board for the Salvation Army in Marin, currently sits on the board for Jumpstart to serve underprivileged pre school children, and has been a long time supporter of the YMCA, Side by Side, the Boys & Girls Club, and the Center for Volunteer and Non Profit Leadership
