Scott MacIntyre

Scott MacIntyre is a Vice President and founding partner of the Occupier Services Group (OSG). OSG specializes in occupier representation, providing clients with a platform of integrated services on local, national and global levels. Clients of the OSG range from the Fortune 500 to venture funded high growth technology companies to local professional service firms and non-profits/family foundations. Scott is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day lease transaction process from the initial client meeting throughout the lease negotiation and move management.

• Scott joined Colliers International as a leasing associate in 2007 focusing exclusively on representing occupiers.  During his tenure, Scott has successfully completed lease transactions in excess of 2,000,000 square feet of commercial office space both locally and internationally.
• Scott is a LEED Accredited Professional dedicated to helping his clients develop and implement corporate social responsibility platforms.
