About Me
Kellam Nelson is a Senior Vice President and member of the Occupier Services Bay Area (OSBA) team in San Francisco. OSBA specializes in occupier representation, exclusively providing clients with a platform of integrated real estate services on local, national, and global levels. Kellam develops and implements strategies for companies and their portfolios to help them navigate real estate challenges within the context of their organizational objectives. Kellam leverages his tremendous market knowledge and extensive transaction experience to provide clients with unique and creative solutions. Kellam utilizes his background in business and economics to represent the interests of his corporate portfolio clients and local businesses, ranging from Fortune 100 firms to venture capital-funded growth companies.
Kellam is a sports enthusiast. He enjoys spending his free time outside on long hikes, runs, ski slopes and bike rides. He is a passionate fan of the San Francisco 49ers and San Francisco Giants.
Kellam joined OSBA in San Francisco in 2011 and has been a key contributor and producer on the team and within the greater Colliers San Francisco office. Kellam has been a top producer at Colliers San Francisco in 2016, 2018 and 2019. In addition, he has transacted in more than 50 countries globally representing a variety of multi-national companies. In 2016, Kellam and the OSBA team completed the 310,000 square foot lease of 100 Hooper on behalf of Adobe, which was one of the largest leasing transactions of the year in San Francisco. Kellam’s diligence, work ethic, quality service and proven success is unwavering. As a result, the OSBA continues to leverage his experience and companies continue to engage Kellam and his team to manage their real estate portfolios locally and around the world.

Education
Kellam received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Lundquist College of Business, and Bachelor of Science in Economics from the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Oregon while acting as captain for the university’s collegiate rugby team and Vice President of Alumni Relations for Alpha Kappa Psi – Professional Business Fraternity. Kellam is a Bay Area native and was raised in Marin County. He has deep family roots in San Francisco that date back to 1849. He also has strong family ties to San Francisco real estate, as his grandfather was an influential engineer at Dinwiddie Construction and helped design some of San Francisco’s most iconic buildings including the Transamerica Pyramid and Davies Symphony Hall.

Kellam is actively involved in the San Francisco and Marin County communities. He is a lover of the outdoors and regularly volunteers his time for OneTam and the Natural Resources Defense Council.
