Carter Kennedy is a Senior Vice President and a member of Occupier Services Bay Area (OSBA) in San Francisco. OSBA specializes in occupier representation providing clients with a platform of integrated services on local, national, and global levels. Carter is responsible for developing and implementing high-level strategies and providing clients with a senior point of contact. Carter utilizes his leadership and experience to represent the interests of his corporate portfolio clients and local businesses, ranging from Fortune 500 firms to venture capital-funded growth companies.
Carter resides in San Francisco with his wife and two children. When not working, you will find Carter hosting wine & bbq events and playing golf with family and friends.

Carter Kennedy graduated from Kirkwood High School in St. Louis, MO, and then went on went on to receive a Bachelor of English from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. Carter has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1998. Carter joined Colliers International – San Francisco in 2004.
Memberships & Involvements
Carter is actively involved in the San Francisco community. He serves as an Elder of Christ Church San Francisco and coaches basketball at Notre Dame de Victoires (NDV). Carter also remains involved with Leadership San Francisco (LSF), the University of Missouri, and Beta Theta Pi Alumni Associations.
