Alberto Díaz is Managing Director of the Capital Markets Department at Colliers International. He has more than 15 years of experience and has developed most of his professional career in irea, a company integrated into the current Colliers in 2018 and in which he became Senior Director of the Corporate Finance division.

His experience is focused on real estate assets  and corporate transactions, as well as financing structuring and distressed situations, having advised on transactions for more than 15,000 million euros.

In recent years he has specialised in structuring investment operations in the real estate sector, leading the relationship with international funds and creating alliances between developers and local equity companies and institutional funds.

Gonzalo is Director  Corporate Finance Department at Colliers International. He joined Irea Corporate Finance in 2011, and in March  2018 he joined Colliers International.

Since he joined irea he specialises in the valuation and sale and purchase of assets and companies, financial advisory services, strategic planning and in complex financial restructurings, having been directly involved in the restructuring of over € 3,000M€. Notable achievements include working with Via Celere in his acquisition by Varde Partners.

He also has extensive experience in the analysis and valuation of debt portfolios secured by real estate assets, including both PLs (Performing Loans) and NPLs (Non-Performing Loans), providing both buy and sell side advisory on transactions valued at over €6,000 million.

He began his career as an Analyst in the Auditing division of Deloitte.

I have been working for more than 22 years in the real estate industry, working with different type of assets: shopping centres, hotels and healthcare.

I have  joined Colliers International in March 2022 as Data Center Director.

I have 10+ years experience in the telecoms industry (10+ years), all of them in Telefonica. For the last 2 years I have been part of Telefonica Infra, focusing on project finance, M&A and portfolio management related to infrastructure assets mostly data centers and fibre. Prior to that I was part of the Corporate Strategy area where I participated in spectrum acquisition processes and developing strategic opportunities related to infrastructure. 

I began my career as consultant in Accenture Strategy.

Trained as a civil engineer with a further master’s degree in business administration, my career has been focused on business development and business management in the construction-real estate sector. More particularly in Commercial Real Estate and Land Development.

My flexibility and commercial focus have allowed me to specialize in  business development. With my knowledge of languages, my empathy, and team building skills, I have been able to develop a career within international environments and take on responsibilities in negotiations.
