- Co-exclusive leasing project of a last mile logistics platform located in Villaverde, Madrid with a total GLA surface area of 9.441 m2 owned by the Italian investment fund DEA CAPITAL. 

- Advice and intermediation of the American hydrogen factory CUMMINS for the purchase of a 60,000 square metre plot of land in Guadalajara. 

- Sale & Lease Back investment transaction with exclusive mandate from the company MADERA  FIBER TECNOLOGIES facilities with an area of 11,351 square meters on a plot of 40,971 square meters in the city of Vigo, Pontevedra,  operation sold to a portuguese investment fund

- Intermediation and presentation of  the turnkey project for the last mile logistics operator PAACK in Murcia, Spain with the developer HISPAVIMA. The project will consist of a state-of-the-art logistics building on a plot of 8,141 square metres, the building will have a surface area of 3,527 square metres.

- Market report on rental income in the Corredor del Henares area, A2  Highway for BMW Spain.

- Search for change of corporate headquarters of SBD Spain to a new location in San Fernando de Henares, Madrid with a total area of 713 sqm.

- Exclusive lease of a logistics platform at risk with a total GLA area of 36.232 m2 owned by the American investment fund TRAMMELL CROW COMPANY.

- Lease of logistics warehouse with a surface area of 3.000 sqm to the furniture operator with locations all over the Iberian Peninsula, GRUPO MILLAN  for another point of sale.

- Consultancy services for the leasing of an industrial warehouses to the Romanian PVC company VASILE PVC for the opening of its new factory in Spain.
