Mette’s primary area of expertise is to develop and design workplace solutions. On a practical level, Mette designs strategic office layouts based on our clients’ visions on work culture, conduct and company DNA. She can guide you on everything from space planning, furniture and acoustics to decisions on colours and materials. Mette also works with the graphical aspect of presentations, test fits and 3D visualisations.

Sandras primary tasks are to provide advisory services to companies and organisations relating to property management and use. This includes strategies and solutions to optimise the use of the individual property and support the client’s business and organisation. 

Jeppe manages and leads international transactions on behalf of several of Colliers' international clients. In addition, Jeppe advises companies and organisations regarding the management and use of properties. His advisory services include development of strategies, management and solutions that promote optimal use of the individual property while supporting the client's company and organisation. This also includes development of workplace strategies and advice on legal and commercial aspects of a lease. 

Ulrich works with both tenant representation, strategic real estate advisory, and property portfolio management. Key tasks are project management and consultancy in connection with search and selection of leaseholds, and lease regears. Ulrich further advises major Danish corporations on central property related aspects, such as corporate governance, processes, organisation, business relations, and data.

Andreas’ primary tasks are to provide advisory services to companies and organisations relating to property management and use. This includes strategies and solutions to optimise the use of the individual property and support the client’s business and organisation. Andreas also prepares workplace strategies and provides advisory services on the legal and commercial aspects of a lease.
