Peter is Executive Director and heads Colliers’ Danish Capital Markets team. Peter provides strategic property consultancy services and facilitates the sale of commercial and investment properties, including hotels and shopping centres, as well as property portfolios and companies.

Frederik offers general strategic advice as well as transaction advisory services in connection with acquisitions and divestments of high-volume real estate assets and real estate-related companies. 

Kristian's primary areas of expertise are mediation of commercial and investment properties as well as property-related advisory services and strategic planning.

Anders has broad experience in all aspects of real estate investments focusing on Capital Markets transactions and selected advisory services.

Daily tasks include execution of transactions on behalf of Danish and international investors, valuation advisory services, selected lease assignments and tenant representation.

He has a strong track record providing independent expert's reports for courts and/or leading attorneys at law on the market rent of commercial leases and the market value of residential and commercial properties.

Søren primarily works with project developments within all residential segments as well as sale of investment and residential rental properties.

Andreas’ primary areas of expertise are sale and mediation of investment properties and providing strategic investment advisory services.

Søren’s primary tasks are to prepare detailed market analyses and valuations of commercial and investment properties as well as advise clients on strategic investment decisions.

Benjamin’s primary tasks are to prepare detailed market analyses and valuations of commercial and investment properties as well as advise clients on strategic investment decisions. 

Jakob’s primary tasks are to prepare detailed market analyses and valuations of commercial and investment properties as well as advise clients on strategic investment decisions.

Niklas’ primary tasks are to prepare detailed market analyses and valuations of commercial and investment properties as well as advise clients on strategic investment decisions. 

Caroline’s primary tasks are to prepare sales prospectuses, pitches, presentations, public tenders and agreements, which includes proofreading, translation, project coordination, graphic design and client contact.

Rikke’s primary tasks are case management related to project developments within all residential segments as well as sale of investment and residential rental properties in close collaboration with partner Søren Lindbjerg. This includes preparation of sales presentations, prospectuses and purchase agreements.

Thora is PA to Peter Winther, Executive Director. In addition, Thora assists the Capital Markets team in the preparation of investment memorandums, pitches, presentations and commission agreements as well as with project coordination, proofreading, translating and graphic design tasks.

Thora is also editor of the market update Colliers PULSE and one of the driving forces behind Colliers’ annual Danish market report.

Marianne is a part the Capital Markets team. Her primary tasks are preparation of prospectuses, presentations and agreements, which includes proofreading, translation, project coordination, graphic design and client contact.
