About Me
Peter is Executive Director and heads Colliers’ Danish Capital Markets team. Peter provides strategic property consultancy services and facilitates the sale of commercial and investment properties, including hotels and shopping centres, as well as property portfolios and companies.
With some 30 years of experience in the real estate sector, Peter has facilitated transactions totalling in excess of DKK 100bn. Including, in recent years:
- Sale of office complex Ferring/Neroport, Ørestad, for Castellum to Genesta
- Sale of Copenhagen Admiral Hotel for private investors to Midstar
- Sale of Copenhagen office complex The Square, Rådhuspladsen, to AM alpha
- Sale of Portland Towers for ATP, PensionDanmark and PFA to Hines Nordics
