Hans’ primary area of expertise is sale and letting of storage and logistics, office, retail and other commercial properties. Hans also works with sale and leaseback.
Henrik’s primary areas of expertise are sale of industrial land and user and residential properties as well as letting of office and retail properties.
Marie’s primary tasks are case and project management related to all types of commercial properties, including preparation of sales and lease presentations, prospectuses and purchase and lease agreements. Marie works in close collaboration with Colliers' commercial real estate advisors.

In addition, Tina is responsible for Colliers Denmark’s document handling processes and our continuous improvement of standard documents. She is also responsible for ensuring Colliers Denmark’s compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
Ulla’s primary task is case management related to all types of commercial properties in close collaboration with Colliers’ commercial real estate advisors. This includes preparation of sales and lease presentations, prospectuses and purchase and lease agreements.
Victor’s primary areas of expertise are mediation of commercial, residential and investment properties and property portfolios as well as providing strategic investment advisory services.
