Troels’ primary area of expertise is optimisation and innovation of Colliers Denmark to ensure Colliers provides high-quality services and products to our clients in efficient ways. He drives Colliers’ strategic process, digital development and quality management, ESG, Marketing & Communciations and he is responsible for our operational processes, service delivery models, implementation of the strategic portfolio and alignment with the Colliers Group in general. The Colliers Development Team is also orchestrated by Troels.

Margith’s primary tasks include case management relating to all types of commercial properties in close collaboration with Colliers’ commercial real estate agents. This includes preparation of sales and lease presentations, prospectuses and purchase and lease agreements.
