Our dedicated Danish Workplace Advisory team consists of 4+ workplace and change advisors to help develop efficient workplaces to enable organisations to work productively. 

We start with understanding your organisation’s needs and translate your business data and insights into concrete solutions for how your future office could look and function. We manage the interior design process and change management activities to make sure that any changes are embraced by management and employees.

During the workplace advisory process, focus is on identifying and prioritising solutions and requirements on several levels: Bricks (physical work environment), Bytes (technology), Culture, Vision, Behaviour and Branding. These are the key dimensions of a successful workplace environment and they strongly interact with each other, particularly in flexible work environments. We are convinced that an integrated approach is required to get satisfied employees and to be successful.

To achieve this, our professionals draw on their diverse backgrounds including business and organisation, sociology, psychology, and interior design, which allows us to create a truly multidisciplinary approach delivering creative solutions.

Colliers is specialised in developing and executing change management strategies related to workplace change. The main goal is to provide a smooth and user-friendly transfer from the current way of working to the new way of working and minimise negativity and resistance amongst management and employees.

Based on the gap between the current and future way of working, a Change Management and Communication Strategy will be defined and we are highly experienced in executing change management strategies and guiding employees through change to ensure this is fully embraced by all team members.
