Mikayla is the youngest member of our team, and is the first point of contact and face of our business for all clients and contractors. Her role is very diverse that she supports our commercial sales, leasing and marketing departments to ensure processes run smoothly throughout the business. Mikayla has a bubbly personality, understands the importance of communication and prides herself on providing the best service and client experience for all customers.

Ashley North began his career as a licensed real estate agent in July 2003 at a young age specialising in sales, promotion and marketing of residential properties through-out the Toowoomba region.

During this time, Ashley has honed his craft, undertaking specialist training in marketing and business management as well as becoming a licensed auctioneer.

Ashley's approach to his clients is upfront and direct, believing that it's better to give honest evidenced-based advice, rather than telling clients only what they want to hear.

With a rural background and extensive experience in the sale of land, unit developments, residential and lifestyle houses including rural properties, Ashley's passion for home design and architecture is only trumped by his love of being a Dad to his 2 boys.
