Candice started at Colliers in 2014 as the Team Assistant in Industrial on the Gold Coast.  Since returning from maternity leave Candice has joined the Office Leasing and Retail Leasing teams, coordinating the marketing campaigns, managing finance processes and the daily operations of managing busy teams.

Candice has gained essential understanding of the importance of being a dynamic and efficient administrative assistant helping her teams and the office to function at their peak. Working with all kinds of personalities she easily adapts to assist the agents in their working day so they can get on with ‘closing the deal’.

As the Chief Operating Officer of Colliers Australia, Simon is passionate about leading the business and providing a focus on growth. Simon has been with Colliers for 30 years, joining the Office Leasing team in 1993, working his way up to the Managing Director role in 2005, and now taking on the COO role from 2023. Simon holds several other senior positions within the company including the interim Managing Director of Occupier Services, a member of the ANZ Executive, Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team. Simon is a Licenced Estate Agent and a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, Property council of Australia and RICS - Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor
