Simon Hunt

As the Chief Operating Officer of Colliers Australia, Simon is passionate about leading the business and providing a focus on growth. Simon has been with Colliers for 30 years, joining the Office Leasing team in 1993, working his way up to the Managing Director role in 2005, and now taking on the COO role from 2023. Simon holds several other senior positions within the company including the interim Managing Director of Occupier Services, a member of the ANZ Executive, Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team. Simon is a Licenced Estate Agent and a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, Property council of Australia and RICS - Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor

Simon has 30 years of experience within the industry and has been successfully involved in the marketing and leasing of major projects in all Australian major capital cities. Simon has also provided consultative and advisory services on numerous projects; understanding the 'why' and 'how' of undergoing a project is a passion of his as it provides the basis for the strategy of the property. Whether the project is considering the urban realm, retail, residential, office, cultural or entertainment purpose.
