Our CBD Office H1 2018 RFR discusses the impact that tenant efficiency measures and need for flexibility is having on the market. This trend is being most keenly felt in Sydney. Over the next supply cycle, those landlords that proactively meet this demand for customer focussed and flexible working environments will attract and retain the top occupiers.

The education sector is also discussed, and its effect on office markets around the country. Demand from this sector is particularly important in Melbourne – 8 per cent of all enquiry in this market was from education providers, compared to 4 per cent nationally.
