With 14  years’ experience in the Colliers International Office Leasing team, Edward  has a consistent success track record that has allowed him to be marked as one of Melbourne’s most active operators.

In 2018 Edward was awarded the Colliers International National Award of Excellence as one of the highest revenue earning operatives in the country, this marks the fifth occasion in which he  has  received this award.

Maximising the value of his client’s assets by providing ongoing recommendations and advice has helped Edward to achieve many highly reputable deals within the Melbourne CBD office market.

Zak has worked as a leasing operative in Melbourne for the past ten (10) years and currently holds a position as a Director in the market leading Colliers International Melbourne CBD leasing team.

During this time Zak has proven to be one of Melbourne's most active brokerage agents in the industry, having concluded over 600 leasing transactions on behalf of his clients across new development and existing buildings in the Melbourne CBD, Docklands and Southbank precincts to well known and reputable tenants.

Zak is an extremely motivated and highly strategic operative that understands the leasing process and tenant’s relocation drivers.

In 2021, Zak concluded a total of 73 leasing transactions in the Melbourne CBD and Docklands, of which 68% of these were unrepresented tenants ranging from 4,230sqm to 45sqm in size.

As the Chief Operating Officer of Colliers Australia, Simon is passionate about leading the business and providing a focus on growth. Simon has been with Colliers for 30 years, joining the Office Leasing team in 1993, working his way up to the Managing Director role in 2005, and now taking on the COO role from 2023. Simon holds several other senior positions within the company including the interim Managing Director of Occupier Services, a member of the ANZ Executive, Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team. Simon is a Licenced Estate Agent and a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, Property council of Australia and RICS - Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor
