Rebecca Ngan

Rebecca's career at Colliers commenced in 2018 where she has held key roles within the Real Estate Management Finance team and the NSW Agribusiness Transaction Services and Valuations teams before transitioning to the Strategic Advisory team.

Throughout her tenure at Colliers, Rebecca has been exposed to all asset classes and has sound property knowledge. Rebecca provides exceptional data analysis and research, develops property strategy, and facilitates key client relationships to provide end-to-end solutions and over-arching property strategies to accelerate the success of her clients. Rebecca provides expertise for a diverse range of projects for various clients including Government, Corporate, Institutional, Not-for-Profit, and private land holders across all asset classes and Australian geographies.  Rebecca has interests in GIS Mapping and Data and is currently leveraging her understanding of data analysis to build upon this skillset.

• Highest and Best Use Assessment for a portfolio comprising 31 properties for Scouts NSW  located in regional and metro NSW;
• Commercial Advisory Services for University of Canberra on the Bruce Campus Estate; 
• Commercial Analysis and Master Plan Review for Sydney Olympic Park Authority;
• Commercial Analysis and Master Plan Review for 80 hectares (Stage 1) of the Western Sydney Lakes development in Western Sydney; 
• Development of  over-arching Portfolio Strategy for major Corporations including  Qantas Airways Limited, Ausgrid and Westpac Banking Corporation; 
• Provision of Expert Evidence and supporting data analysis in various  compulsory acquisitions submitted to the Land and Environment Court;
• Market Advice on car-parking and retail requirement for Penrith City Council;
• Benchmarking Anaysis for a major four bank; 
• Commercial Assessment of four sites along Parramatta Road corridor for Transport for NSW; and

Strategic Advisory

"Colliers Strategic Advisory team led by  Rebecca Ngan and George Marton in late 2020 provided SOPA a Commercial Analysis and Master Plan Review of Sydney Olympic Park. The team delivered an outstanding, comprehensive report detailing real, practical and actionable advice on the implications of the Master Plan and as such provoked necessary internal discussions regarding the Master Plan.
