Nathan Brown

Nathan is a Manager of Large Format Retail at Colliers leading the Victorian team with Jake Beckwith and specialising in the lease of large format retail, childcare centres and large car dealerships. 

Nathan joined Colliers in 2022 from Essendon Fields where he held the position of leasing manager for the past 3 and a half years where he successfully reduced the vacancy rate to less than 1%. Throughout Nathan’s property career which commenced in 2013 he has built a solid wealth of property expertise across retail leasing and development.

Throughout Nathan’s 9 year span in property one attribute has remained, Nathan’s communication skills with Landlords, Tenants and alike has been a mainstay.
