Hamish Troon

Hamish is a Director of Portfolio & Transaction Management Services at Colliers, based in Melbourne. He has over 15 years of real estate experience in both the commercial and residential markets in the APAC and EMEA regions. He has successful transactional experience in over 30 countries.

Hamish recently moved back to Australia and is managing some of the company’s key  portfolios. This includes being the APAC Account Manager for Cummins, which consists of managing 250+ properties across 14 countries with a strong  focus on the ANZ, India and China regions. He is also managing the Wormald and Dormakaba portfolios across ANZ.

Previously, he was Head of Commercial Agency at Colliers MENA (Middle East North Africa) based in Dubai where he managed the Orange Business Services account for South Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa which comprised of a portfolio for over 5,000 employees in 31 countries. Hamish also managed the PepsiCo account for the Middle East and Africa, which consisted of a evergrowing portfolio spread across multiple sectors from offices, distribution centres and logistic hubs. He was a key representative in the global pitch and was part of the global management team.

Hamish was also part of the EMEA Occupier Services team that worked on regional requirements and frequently reported on the status of the MENA property market.

Before joining Colliers, Hamish was the Commercial Sales Manager for Raine & Horne Dubai. His role included setting up and growing the commercial department in the region.
