As the Director- Real Estate Management, Himadri brings a wealth of experience in driving service excellence, innovations, creating work place strategies and operational excellence, and identifies new business opportunities.  With 18+ years of industry experience Himadri has successfully been involved in all practices of the real estate industry starting from the new business, project management, strategic consulting, facilities management, leasing transitions, asset lifecycle, sustainbility and  strategy modelling 

With credentials from Harvard University and University of Wales, UK, Himadri is a certified expert in OHSAS, QMS and environment management systems, green belt in Six sigma (facilities) with experience in large and complex operations.

He has been very successful in complete turnaround of the business operations and assets in terms of strategic outlook, operational performance and financial profitability. Receiver of multiple accolades from asset owners, several client tenant organisations and internal recognition for world class service delivery planning and execution.

In his career till date, Himadri has worked with global companies like Deloitte, JLL, CBRE, Reliance Industries etc., while providing solutions to its client and is recognised as an expert in the industry.

Himadri successfully manages the SA Facilities Management team across the REM Portfolio and has created a high performing FM and Projects team which strives for the memorable service to the clients.

Andrew has been employed in the property industry at a leadership level for more than 25 years. Andrew has a broad range of experience in the valuation industry encompassing all of the major asset classes, specialising in the valuation of Super-Regional, Regional, Sub-Regional and Neighbourhood Shopping Centres across Australia.

As Head of Retail, Andrew sets the strategy and direction of the national team under Colliers Valuation & Advisory Services.

With 15 years’ experience in the Perth industrial property market and over 12 of those years servicing the Landsdale/Wangara industrial precinct, Sam has become a specialist in the leasing,  sales and development of industrial assets.

Bree has worked in the property sector since 2010 as a commercial property manager. This experience has allowed her to further strengthen her career, and she joined Colliers in January 2018 as a Retail Manager, now Centre Manager.  Bree provides support on a large retail portfolio.
