As Head of Hotels, Valuation & Advisory Services, Christopher oversees the strategy and operations of the national hotels team, to ensure the sustained growth and success of the Valuation & Advisory Services service offering.

Chris has over 16 years’ experience in the valuation of 'Going Concern' properties including Hotels, Motels, Serviced Apartments, Backpackers, Student Accommodation, Co-Living, Build to Rent and other accommodation property types together with Car Parking Facilities.

Outside of Colliers, Chris maintains an active role in the property valuation industry as Associate of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI) and as a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

About Me

As Head of Hotels, Valuation & Advisory Services, Christopher oversees the strategy and operations of the national hotels team, to ensure the sustained growth and success of the Valuation & Advisory Services service offering.

Outside of Colliers, Chris maintains an active role in the property valuation industry as Associate of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI) and as a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Working with Colliers International has allowed Christopher to be involved in the valuation of some of the major hotel portfolios within Australia including the ADIA Hotel Portfolio with 31 Hotel across Australia (Former TAHL Portfolio), Brookfield Hotel Portfolio (Former Thakral Portfolio), Frasers Hotels Portfolio and the Mirvac/NRMA Travelodge Portfolio (tuckerbox).

Most recently I have been engaged in the valuation of hotels including the Hilton Sydney, the Waldorf Astoria Sydney and the Langham Hotel Sydney to name a few.

Student Accommodation (Student Housing) has also been a strong focus having valued a number of accommodation establishments across Australia including the Scape, Iglu and Wee Hur Student  Accommodation Portfolios.
