I have experience in all aspects of industrial brokerage including: leasing, sales, build-to-suit, site acquisition, investment sales and consulting. I have been with Colliers since 1981 and have completed over 1,500 transactions in my career. I am an expert in the industrial market and am proud to have represented many national and international companies with their real estate needs in the greater Columbia market. I have also provided valuable consulting work, site acquisition and leasing services for many national developers including: Magnus Development Partners, Scannell Properties, Collett Industrial, Panatonni Development, Red Rock Development, Kirco and Miller Valentine Group.

As part of the Colliers platform of services, I serve both tenants and landlords with their respective industrial  needs. I assist tenants with comprehensive site selection, acquisitions and dispositions and lease negotiations. In addition, I offer similar services to institutional landlords, which include strategic planning, detailed reporting and market analysis, marketing and lease/sale negotiations. I have been with Colliers since 1995, specializing in site selection, land brokerage and the sale of retail/owner-occupied properties. I have completed over 425 transactions with a cumulative value of $350 million.

My niche and expertise are in land valuation, planning and the entitlement process in order to enhance value for land owners. I have extensive zoning efforts, permitting, consultation and predevelopment issues associated with area muncipalities and the South Carolina Department of Transportation.

I specialize in consulting services, office leasing advisory and commercial property acquisition advisory. My expertise is in representing, or consulting for, local ownership entities, regional and national real estate investment trusts (REITs) and private equity funds. My goal is to provide guidance that assists in better business planning, strategic analysis and asset appreciation.

I believe it’s imperative to fully understand a client’s vision in order to help them meet both their short-term and long-term objectives. My goal is to listen closely and provide sound guidance.

I am a Vice President of Colliers International | South Carolina.  I have been with Colliers since 2003 with my primary focus on office properties. My principal concentration is representing landlords of multi-tenant office buildings. I also consult with and represent clients requiring assistance with the buying, leasing and selling of office properties.

As a very analytical person, I strive to understand the details of each client’s unique goals and objectives to maximize the value and effectiveness of my clients’ real estate decisions through the in-depth review of market data and analytical models. I enjoy solving problems and finding creative ways to help my clients win.

I have over 40 years of experience in the the Midlands business community and I strive to bring a positive attitude and passion for the area and its attributes. As a problem solver with “big picture” vision, my professional and personal strength is networking and establishing strong relationships. I possess extensive experience in working with small business owners, professionals and non-profit organizations.

I specialize in leasing, user sales and investment sales of industrial properties.

Since a young age, I have had a profound interest in and exposure to commercial real estate. I have long found industrial brokerage to be intriguing because it serves as the foundation of many different types of businesses and processes. It is very rewarding to have the opportunity to play a role in the goals and progress of each of our clients as a trusted industrial services advisor.

Working to facilitate and improve real estate transactions in retail and land uses, I joined Colliers in 2014 after operating my own commercial real estate and property management company in Columbia, SC for 22 years. 

Having managed and developed various property types around central South Carolina, and with this added insight, I have a deeper understanding for the needs of developers and users. I am conversant in the regulatory requirements affecting developers and have good working relations with municipal government. I enjoy getting to build relationships with my clients, and I find that my success is in helping them to grow their businesses. I focus on and specialize in leasing, sales, build-to-suit projects, site acquisition and investment sales for investors, developers and tenants looking in central South Carolina.
