My focus is local office brokerage, with a focus on tenant representation as well as buyer and seller representation.
I have over 40 years of experience in the the Midlands business community and I strive to bring a positive attitude and passion for the area and its attributes. As a problem solver with “big picture” vision, my professional and personal strength is networking and establishing strong relationships. I possess extensive experience in working with small business owners, professionals and non-profit organizations.
My leadership and service has resulted in multiple commendations from various organizations. As a recipient of the “Circle of Excellence” for multiple years of top commercial leasing and sales transactions, I was also awarded the President’s Excellence Program Award from the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association.

Prior to working at Colliers, I was Senior Managing Director for CBRE Columbia for 12 years. Prior to my career change to commercial real estate in 1998, I spent 20 years in banking as a senior lender and business development executive to develop multiple, long-standing business relationships.

Highly active in the Columbia non-profit and civic community. I share an enthusiasm and devotion to serving others. Currently, I serve on the Board of Directors for PRISMA Health-Midlands and PRISMA Baptist Board. I was founding board member and chair for CREW-Midlands (Commercial Real Estate Women), and President of the Board of Directors for Girl Scouts of South Carolina, Mountains to Midlands. I have remained active in MIRCI (Mental Illness Recovery Center, Inc.) for over 20 years. I am an active member of Trenholm Road Methodist Church and I have served on a mission team to San Salvador for many years.
