About Me
I specialize in consulting services, office leasing advisory and commercial property acquisition advisory. My expertise is in representing, or consulting for, local ownership entities, regional and national real estate investment trusts (REITs) and private equity funds. My goal is to provide guidance that assists in better business planning, strategic analysis and asset appreciation.
I believe it’s imperative to fully understand a client’s vision in order to help them meet both their short-term and long-term objectives. My goal is to listen closely and provide sound guidance.
I was honored to have been recognized by the National Association of REALTORS® as a National Commercial Award winner for 2021. In 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 I was named a member of the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association Circle of Excellence. I was also named a 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 CoStar Power Broker for my work in representing tenants and building owners.

I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance with a minor in Government from Wofford College.
Before joining Colliers, I worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Washington D.C. as a Portfolio Management Officer within the Credit Products Group of the Global Commercial Bank. My portfolio consisted of forty middle market companies spanning eight industries.

I serve on the Legislative Committee for the South Carolina Association of REALTORS® (SCR) as well as the SCR Political Candidate Screening Committee. I am also Treasurer of the Central Carolinas REALTORS® Association. I am a member of the Home Works of America Board of Directors and serve on the Heathwood Hall Episcopal School Alumni Council.
