As part of the Colliers platform of services, I serve both tenants and landlords with their respective industrial  needs. I assist tenants with comprehensive site selection, acquisitions and dispositions and lease negotiations. In addition, I offer similar services to institutional landlords, which include strategic planning, detailed reporting and market analysis, marketing and lease/sale negotiations. I work with an integral team and find that our teamwork is one of our biggest advantages in completing deals for our clients that exceed their expectations.

Working in industrial brokerage, I have the opportunity to see the vast progress of companies and help to play a part in a client’s business development. I find that, for me, success is finding the best possible outcome for a client within their constraints and knowing that I have brought significant value to their growth.

I earned the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designation and am active in the SIOR Carolina chapter. I was part of the team that earned SIOR’s worldwide 2020 Top Industrial and Investment Transaction Awards.

I have completed over 40 million square feet of transactions and approximately $700 million in transaction value, an accomplishment I am very proud of. I have been recognized as a Circle of Excellence award recipient by the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association several times and recevied CCRA’s Sales Transaction of the Year Award in 2020. I have been consistently recognized as a CoStar Power Broker in industrial leasing transactions in Columbia, SC since 2010. In 2018, I became a Colliers | South Carolina shareholder. I am the recipient of the Colliers | South Carolina 2018, 2019 and 2020 Production Award for being a Top 10 Producer.

Education

Growing up in Atlanta with a father in commercial real estate brokerage, I had an interest in the commercial real estate industry from a young age. I appreciate the nature of real estate processes and the fact that every day on the job is different.  

I attended Furman University, graduating in 2003, and grew to love South Carolina. Upon graduation from Furman, I spent the next four years in the United States Army. In 2007, I returned to the Palmetto State to make my home in Columbia, and pursue a career in commercial brokerage.
