During the second quarter, the Akron office market recorded an occupancy loss of 32,485 square feet, resulting in an increase in overall market vacancy of 20 basis points (bps) to 14%. While this marks the fifth consecutive quarter of negative net absorption, the loss is the smallest since the beginning of the pandemic last year.
