2021 Q1 Cleveland Industrial Market Report

I work with the Colliers Technology and Innovation team developing and supporting users of Colliers proprietary property data tools and resources. I have over 30 years of experience in the architecture and commercial real estate industries and utilize that knowledge in supporting our brokers, researchers and marketing professionals with technology solutions that enhance their daily activities.

I am someone who enjoys digging through my resources and diving into the numbers and values to obtain the most quality information for our brokers and clients at Colliers. Utilizing the many resources here I can use that information to help complete reports, publications, proposals and other requests to ensure our clients are fully satisfied. With a background in the sport industry as well as the mortgage industry I have learned to be a team player. Consulting with many different sports organizations, I have had different research experiences with the goal of driving in new revenue and creating long lasting relationships with teams, businesses, patrons and sponsorships. Through these different roles I have enjoyed the researched aspect of my career and wanted to translate my skills within commercial real estate.

Outside of work you can see me jogging around downtown, attending any Cleveland sporting event, or skiing in the winter.

I am a licensed real estate salesperson, licensed attorney and licensed auctioneer with a multidisciplinary background in legal, commercial real estate, finance, leasing, due diligence, construction, government, planning, zoning and consulting. Additionally, I have served as court appointed receiver or agent to receiver in 12 Ohio counties and in Federal Court.  Those companies seeking a professional to handle all aspects of a complex commercial real estate assignment would be well-served by engaging me and my team of real estate professionals at Colliers International. Careful, thorough analysis and creative problem solving skills coupled with a balanced approach to negotiations are some of the dynamic attributes I possess when representing clients of the firm.

I am a frequent lecturer on topics of commercial real estate and auction law with appearances on all major Cleveland news stations,  The O'Reilly Factor, Plain Dealer, Crain's Cleveland Business, and other local media.  I have authored numerous articles relating to the state of commercial real estate.
