Cleveland-Akron, OH - Colliers International | Cleveland is pleased to announce the following recently completed commercial real estate transactions from our office in Cleveland in May 2020 -

  Tim Breckner represented the landlord Full Circle Logistics in a 42,000 SF
        lease at 745 Leo Bullocks Parkway in Elyria, Ohio. 

Chris Seelig and the Colliers Irvine Capital Markets Team represented Seritage
Growth Properties in the sale of 1445-1447 North Main Street, North Canton,
OH. The 9.6-acre property included a vacant KMart and an operating Burger
King. The property sold to the City of North Canton. 

  Ryan Fisher represented the seller LNR Partners in the sale of Northfield Miles
Plaza, located at 4840-4860 Northfield Road in North Randall, Ohio. The
15,950 SF retail property sold for $340,000. 

  Ed Matzules represented the lessee, TX USA Corporation in 23,146 SF lease
at an industrial warehouse property located at 1919 Akron Peninsula Road.
TX USA Corp. is an import and wholesale distribution company in home decor,
seasonal, and accent furniture merchandise.
