Prior to joining the real estate profession, I was a broadcast journalist for NBC stations in Columbus and Youngstown, Ohio.  That experience taught me to " dig deep" and search for answers, not stopping until finding the solution I was looking for.  That unique background along wtih a constant pursuit of market knowledge has been a tremendous aid in my real estate profession as I've worked for CBRE and NAI Cummins and achieved my CCIM designation in 2009.

Cyndie W. O’Bryon, SIOR, specializes in Office Brokerage Services as a First Vice President for Colliers International Cleveland.  In her role, she assists her clients with their office requirements, both locally and nationally.  Her services, on behalf of landlords and tenants, include market research, financial analysis, sale and lease negotiation, transaction management and consulting services. With more than 30 years of experience in the office leasing market, Ms. O’Bryon brings her broad knowledge base and business relationships to every assignment.
 

Chris Seelig is a Senior Vice President and Principal with Colliers International, a global real estate organization with more than 450 offices worldwide. 

Mr. Seelig, who joined Colliers International in 2013, oversees the Retail Services Group at the Cleveland office. Specializing in retail tenant representation, landlord representation and restaurant leasing throughout Ohio, Chris has personally participated in and managed over 675 sale and lease transactions, with an aggregate value in excess of $375 million. With more than 20 years of experience representing both landlords and tenants, Chris has handled assignments throughout Ohio and the Midwest. His experience includes investment sales, land assemblage, corporate dispositions, REO properties, zoning and development.
